By placing an order with PakCartify, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Accurate Order Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including their name, phone number, delivery address, and product details, when placing an order.
2. Order Confirmation
For security and order verification purposes, orders will only be dispatched after confirmation by phone call. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.
3. Delivery Timeline
By placing an order, you agree to the delivery timeline communicated by PakCartify. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, location, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Fake, Refused & Unclaimed Orders
Customers who repeatedly place fake orders, refuse to receive parcels, or fail to collect their orders may be permanently blocked from purchasing from PakCartify.
If a customer whose previous parcel was refused, unclaimed, or identified as a fake order requests another parcel, full payment in advance may be required before dispatch. We reserve the right to decline orders from customers with a history of fraudulent or repeatedly refused orders.
5. Open Parcel Facility
The Open Parcel facility is available only when the customer pays a minimum Rs. 300 advance payment before dispatch.
Customers choosing the Open Parcel facility may inspect the parcel according to the applicable courier conditions. Products purchased under the Open Parcel facility are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the parcel/product is received damaged and qualifies under our damage-claim policy.
6. Damaged Parcels
Only products or parcels that are damaged during delivery may qualify for replacement or refund, subject to verification and our return policy.
Customers should report any visible damage as soon as possible and may be required to provide photographs or videos as proof.
7. Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns are subject to our return and refund policy. Where a return is accepted for reasons other than a damaged parcel, a Rs. 500 deduction may be made from the refundable amount, where applicable.
8. Village & Remote-Area Deliveries
For deliveries to villages, remote areas, or locations where advance payment is required by the courier, the applicable full delivery charges must be paid in advance before the parcel is dispatched.
9. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
PakCartify reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is reasonable concern regarding fraudulent activity, inaccurate information, repeated order refusal, or violation of these Terms of Service.
10. Agreement
By placing an order with PakCartify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, as well as our applicable Return & Refund Policy.
